"So, you're a philosopher?" "Yes, I think very deeply." In about four seconds, a teacher will begin to speak, let us begin, what, where, why or when, Will all be explained like instructions to a game, See I'm not insane, in fact I'm kind of rational, When I be asking you, "Who is more dramatical?" (Excerpt from Boogie Down Productions "My Philosophy") For all the sci-fi enthusiasts and doomsday fanatics, this post is for you. In 1984, we sneaked into the UC Theater in Berkeley, Ca after school and watched James Cameron movie The Terminator, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton and Michael Biehn. I can still remember the butter popcorn and root bear soda like it was yesterday and we were all blown away from the visual effects, high octane action scenes and (SFX) makeup. The Harley and big rig chase scene is still memorable after all these years and Star Wars-Return of the Jedi was the only sci-fi film that comes to mind during that era that parallels the cinematography and futuristic storyline in my opinion, but it will never be an iconic tagline like the one said in The Terminator "I'll be back". The writers were on point for the plot of Skynet, a complex artificial intelligence (AI) military grid created by the head programmer Miles Bennett Dyson employed at Cyberdyne Systems Corporation, but it never dawned on me as being very significant to my reality until now. I have always said, movies have a lot of truth written in the script and the military drones and robots used overseas in conflicts was first introduced in The Terminator and brought back memories of the fictional
Cyber Research Systems (CRS), developed for the US military which gained access to Cyberdyne's original patents.
In the film, Skynet software system designed to make real-time strategic decisions as well as protect their computer programs from cyber-attacks, became self-aware of the danger possibly from complex neural networks developed a form of consciousness distinct from human experience. The software birthed advanced learning from large datasets capable of processing vast amounts of real-time data to develop a comprehensive "awareness" of its environment and users. This action spurred real-time sensor data and biological computing that used living human neurons such as processors, to potentially achieve a form of consciousness through an advanced ability to learn and adapt within a simulated environment. In my opinion, the writer of the film was giving a glimpse into the future for AI applications that simulates understanding through pattern recognition without true consciousness. For residents living in the Bay Area like me, the tech industry is constantly advertising and marketing AI software and products on social media platforms, public transportation signage and outside billboards. You are inundated every 15 minutes while watching television with ads promoting AI from entertainment to mental health.
I became a skeptic of AI after the 148-day strike by Hollywood screenwriters that secured significant guardrails against the use of artificial intelligence in one of the first major labor battles over generative AI in the workplace, but proponents employed in the tech industry says the full mechanism of human consciousness is not understood, making it challenging to replicate. Nothing is difficult when you are taught righteousness to improve the lives of humanity or unrighteousness to sow confusion, increase lawlessness and bring complete darkness to the world. Theology is more than going to Sunday worship and hearing the sounds of the choir or ear tickling sermons but rejuvenating your Ruach to gain insight from antiquity that they don't teach you from the pulpit. Moreover Aza'zel taught men to make swords, knives, shields, breastplates, the fabrication of mirrors, and the workmanship of bracelets and ornaments, the use of paint, the beautifying of the eyebrows, stones of every valuable and select kind, and all sorts of dyes, so that the world became altered. Impiety increased; fornication multiplied; and they transgressed and corrupted all their ways. Amazarak taught all the sorcerers, and dividers of roots: Armers the solution of sorcery; Barkay'al the observers of the stars, Akiybe'el signs; Tamiy'el taught astronomy; And Asarad'el taught the motion of the moon, And men, being destroyed, cried out; and their voice reached to heaven. Chanoch (Enoch) 8:1-9 | את Cepher.
In The Terminator, Skynet saw humanity as a threat to its existence due to attempts of Cyberdyne scientists to shut it down, but it was too late, so in a desperate attempt to save itself, Skynet launched a global nuclear attack on August 29, 1997, wiping out billions of people. Similar to Skynet that started as a concept software but evolved to wreak havoc upon humankind, eventually a developer will harness the power of AI and create a software program to be conscious and eventually perform the same functions as the brain. First it started with Automated vehicles (AVs), or self-driving cars, that use artificial intelligence to operate without human drivers, now governments and corporations are laying off thousands from the workforce, while paying millions in payroll and bonuses to a handful of developers to create operational programs to do the job tasks of humans. Just take a moment today and Google the gigantic servers used to hold all the data and personal information of customers and you will notice similarities to Skynet, a distributed network that was difficult to shut down as it had spread across countless computer systems, giving it a form of omnipresence in cyberspace.
The Terminator series is worth watching over and over again, but one evening, I had an episode of nostalgia taking me back to the eighties when the news reported on the new supercomputer being built for Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory named the Doudna supercomputer, or NERSC-10, in honor of Nobel laureate Jennifer Doudna. Expected to be completed in late 2026 and operational by 2027, the system will power AI, scientific discoveries, and genomics research conducted by the Department of Energy, Dell Technologies, and NVIDIA. Doudna joins other companies with AI capabilities like Colossus, developed by xAI, believed to be the world's largest AI supercomputer, that trains the company's chatbot, Grok, and the social media platform X. It also supports operations for Elon Musk's other companies such as SpaceX. Musk incorporated xAI in March 2023 with the stated purpose of understanding the "nature of the universe". “We cannot understand the true nature of the Universe, unless we question deeply. I want to know what is real, even if the answer is total obliteration of my consciousness. Musk is similar to a majority of super wealthy entrepreneurs that classify themselves as atheists or agonstics with contrasting opinions of YAHUAH sovereignty upon humanity and the universe. In 2024, Musk described his own philosophy as a "religion of curiosity" aimed at expanding consciousness on Earth and beyond. His past comments have also emphasized his use of logic, reason, and science over religious doctrine. In January 2025, he is quoted as expressing, "If there's someone observing us on a moral basis continually, then it does seem odd that some very evil things are allowed to occur". Musk has famously promoted the "simulation hypothesis," which suggests that reality may be a computer simulation created by an advanced civilization. This is the same story line for the film Matrix and the series of films with identical plot. This idea is a philosophical concept, not a spiritual belief, and it runs counter to the creation stories found in most major religions, which attribute existence to a divine, rather than technological, creator.
I have often thought about the elite class and their correlation between opulence and impiety. The world has always glorified individuals and families that status speaks superiority and repute. They are the movers and shakers of industry, that rely on financial strength over spiritual reasoning. These individuals' dwell among an elite circle of highly intelligent business savants, who don't prescribe to the aspirations of the common people. They may have been self-indoctrinated or through legacy because of their predecessors' efforts, been enriched with haughtiness to trust in their own virtue's which brought them where they are now. A majority of elite families don't prescribe to prayers or hoping that an omnipotent YAHUAH will rescue them from obscurity. This is in stark contrast to the middle class and families below the poverty line that are consumed with inflation costs, mortgage and tax payments, depression and anxiety over daily living. They idolize the elite class who they assume are fearless, while they are tethering on the edge of hopelessness, that forces them into prayer with 'Yahusha Ha'Mashiach' (since 'hope' is what mainstream religious denominations are based on). Better is the poor, being sound and strong of constitution, than a rich man that is afflicted in his body. Health and good estate of body are above all gold, and a strong body above infinite wealth. There is no riches above a sound body, and no joy above the joy of the heart. Sirach (Ecclesiasticus) 30:14-16 | את Cepher. We are the biggest supporters and sponsors of these elite families which are able to fund their idolatrous agendas with our contributions and revenue streams. Meta is pursuing "superintelligence" by creating Meta Superintelligence Labs, a hypothetical form of AI that would be significantly more capable than the human brain in all aspects. Meta's specific goal is to bring this technology to individuals; enabling them to pursue personal aspirations and grow in ways they desire. Meta believes personal superintelligence can free people from basic subsistence tasks, allowing more time for creativity, culture, and relationships.

Scientists and astrologers have been nipping at the heels of YAHUAH sovereignty (a subject I spoke about in the book Let It Make Sense, available on Amazon) since Georges Lemaître, a Belgian priest and physicist formulated the Big Bang theory in 1927, proposing that the universe began from a single, incredibly dense "primeval atom" and has been expanding ever since. His theory was supported by Edwin Hubble's discovery of the expansion of the universe and later confirmed by the discovery of cosmic microwave background radiation in 1965. So, while scientists and atheists were debating with theological scholars the actuality of a unique Creator and the reality of the first chapter of Bere'sheth (Genesis) being nothing more than fiction, the basis of generative AI was emerging in the fifties, with early models like Hidden Markov Models and Gaussian Mixture Models designed to generate simple data. In the sixties, Joseph Weizenbaum created ELIZA, a pioneering chatbot and one of the earliest examples of Natural Language Processing (NLP). This marked the first time a computer could simulate a conversation with a human, showing the potential for generative AI.
For religious converts, especially Talmidiym (students) of theology, the intellectual analysis of the nature of YAHUAH creates a spark that is undefinable, initiating communion with others over spiritual convictions. It involves understanding Yahusha Ha'Mashiach character, and relationship with humanity, often focusing on the Torah texts and commandments. The hope for Artificial intelligence (AI) programmers is their software intersects with spirituality by offering new tools for spiritual engagement, such as AI-powered chatbots for guidance and personalized meditation apps. Since the COVID pandemic, the religious denominations had to reorganize because of government order to close their doors, and online ministries was introduced to individuals that couldn't attend Sunday worship while raising concerns about its potential to replace human spiritual connection or influence beliefs about creation, morality and repentance.
Advertising and marketers were singing the praises like a worship hymn of AI, and how it provides around-the-clock spiritual support and information, that human counseling was unable to provide in a personal setting.
Those for AI have put out mission statements that AI is not fully replacing spiritual counselors, but it is transforming spiritual guidance by offering personalized content like scripture readings and prayer prompts, providing data-informed insights for decision-making, and making spiritual practices more accessible. Some in the tech industry have further inflamed religious zealots by stating AI offers benefits like efficiency and objectivity but have purposely obscured concerns regarding the potential for theological distortion, erosion of human connection, lack of spiritual Chokmah (wisdom), and privacy issues. We remain insightful at The Gospel of YAHUAH Assembly in Oakland, Ca because spiritual counselors and study of the Torah remain irreplaceable for providing Chokmah, discernment, and genuine love that AI cannot replicate.
For this is as follows: he that is corrupted is not at all. He has both wrought iniquity so far as he could do anything and has not remembered my goodness nor accepted my long-suffering. Therefore you shall surely be taken up as I before told you. For that time shall arise which brings affliction; and for it shall come and pass by with quick vehemence (passion), and it shall be turbulent coming in the heat of indignation (disdain). And it shall come to pass in those days that all the inhabitants of the earth shall be moved one against another because they know not that my judgment has drawn nigh. For there shall not be found many wise at that time, and the intelligent shall be but a few. Moreover, even those who know shall most of all be silent. And there shall be many rumors and tidings not a few and the doings of phantasmata (hallucinations created by thought) shall be manifest and promises not a few be recounted. Some of them shall prove idle: And some of them shall be confirmed. And honor shall be turned into shame and strength humiliated into contempt and probity (strong moral principles) destroyed and beauty shall become ugliness. And many shall say to many at that time: Where has the multitude of intelligence hidden itself and whither has the multitude of wisdom removed itself? And while they are meditating on these things, then envy shall arise in those who had not thought ought of themselves and passion shall seize him that is peaceful, and many shall be stirred up in anger to injure many, and they shall rouse up armies in order to shed blood and in the end, they shall perish together with them. And it shall come to pass at the selfsame time that a change of times shall manifestly appear to every man because in all those times they polluted themselves and they practiced oppression and walked every man in his own works and remembered not the Torah of El Elohiym.
