Marriage and Family

Family is ongoing therapeutic process that has been developing within communities over five centuries. Religious faith and beliefs are important to the reasoning of understanding the family unit, but more is needed to restore the bonds of the family circle disappearing in the previous generations since the 20th century. Weekly we discuss dynamics within the family to identify patterns, understand different perspectives, and develop new, healthier ways to interact and cope with life's stressors.
